Gatlinburg Village is located just a couple blocks from the main parkway of Gatlinburg. The property offers a seasonal outdoor pool. It also comes with free wireless internet. There is a single car carport with each unit. This is a short walk to Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and Cooter's Garage. This is a 3 level townhouse with 2 private bedrooms and a loft style bedroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. There is a full kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, dishwasher and full size fridge. You will register for this unit at Olde Gatlinburg Rentals office located at 306 Baskins Creek Road which is before you get to the property.

The bedroom upstairs was super hot. A lot of the switches didn’t work. One of the bath fans smelled hot as well. Place was convenient to town and check in process was easy.

Safety hazard

Everything was nice except there is a safety hazard with the circular steps up to the loft. The bottom of the steps are too low and extend into the walk way. One of our party ran into them and created a pretty substantial gash on his scalp... there should be a barrier around the perimeter of the steps to prevent anyone walking into the steps.

Convenient Location. Clean and Well Equipped.

A quick overnight with a bachelorette party. Walking distance to the strip, even post shuffle. Puts you right in the center of the hubbub. Saw a momma and 4 cubs next door Sunday morning. Grabbed donuts from the the Donut Friar for the ladies early Sunday morning.

Location Location Location

Very clean with great location! Less than a 10-minute gradual walk do downtown Gatlinburg. Nicely accommodate it with up-to-date Furnishings. Kitchen must be last on their list to update as it really needs some modernisation as far as the cabinets countertop and dishwasher but currently has stainless steel fridge and stove. Will be great to see it once they have that kitchen remodel! It will be perfect! One other tidbit is that in the lower bedrooms bathroom if you're bringing city Folk that get squeamish over a couple of dozen centipedes you might want to bring your own centipede killer. No centipede scene or other bugs seen in any of the other rooms of the condo. Very nice place to stay and we would stay there again!

They are in an excellent location, within walking distance of the Gatlinburg strip. They are the perfect size for 6 people, and have 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked.

Convenient walk to Gatlinburg

Close proximity to walk to Gatlinburg near the aquarium. Clean unit but needs some maintenance/upgrades. Heat went out while there and got pretty cold. They did send someone out but it wasn't fixed and since we only had one night left I didn't bother to push the issue.

We love these townhouses. Stayed here for years but first time staying in this unit. Can easily fit 2 families of 4/5 without feeling cramped. The location it great. Close enough to walk to the parkway but far enough away from all the traffic and people.

Four hrs into our 8hr drive we received a call stating that our property had been double booked and someone was already staying in it. The only place that they stated they had available were two separate locations which meant our family had to split up. The location was not what we chose. The new location was horrible and not suitable for our family. There were ants in the bed and bugs all in the room along with a long list of other issues.

Quick weekend get a way

Property is in a great location with easy access to town. The keyless door entry is easy and quick. When we arrived the temperature of the unit was 41F so we turned on the heat and left to walk around town and grab dinner. When we arrived back to the unit the temperature was only 50F. I called the maintenance number and they quickly had us in another unit although it was only a 2 bed room unit they moved us to it was warm. Appears that the heat was turned off and the heat pump could not warm the property up quickly with it being so cold out. Although we did not spend much time in the unit we did notice that some of the paint was falling off the ceiling in the master bedroom. Unit could use some updating but for the price it worked for us. Just in the few hours we spend in the condo we never saw any insects as some reviews stated but again it was winter.

Great location

Easy walking distance to downtown. However the unit needs some TLC. Not super clean and the floors were uneven on the main floor. Contacted the manager regarding a smoke alarm battery going out but it was never replaced . Upstairs toilet rocked and the headboard on the bed was not attached to the bed. No wash rags in kitchen or 2 bathrooms. Screened in patio and deck were nice .
