Getting Around:
The cabin is easily accessible with all paved roads and a short, flat gravel driveway.
We always recommend 4x4 drive for any cabin in Gatlinburg or the Smokies. In good weather, most vehicles can reach the cabin just fine, but 4x4 provides added peace of mind in rain or snow.
Other Things to Note:
âą Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this cabin.
âą Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
âą A 4x4 vehicle is recommended when visiting the Smoky Mountains. Roads are paved and generally easy to navigate, but the weather can change quickly in the area.
âą Gas fireplaces are seasonal and typically operate from October through March, depending on weather conditions.
âą A Keurig coffee maker is providedâplease bring your preferred coffee pods.
âą Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
âą Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
âą Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
âą Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area.
⹠We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
Interaction with Guests:
The best and fastest way to reach me is through the website messenger.
