Great location! Short walk to the strip but far enough away it was quiet. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and newly updated. The balcony overlooking the water was nice and relaxing.

Our room was clean and spacious. Our view was of the Pigeon River and the hotel across from it. It gave us the woodsy feel. Very comfortable room and it was huge. Everything looked brand new. The bathroom was ginormous. Love the walk-in shower. Very cozy and comfy.

The hotel is in walking distance with everything in Gatlinburg. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and the staff could not have friendlier.

Staff was great and helpful but the room can use way better cleaning. Great room for large family, room was really spacious. But The room had really strong cat urine smell and towels had human hair in them and there was food leftover on the fridge from last guest. The bed had a metal noise every time you move position. Side walk can use pressure cleaning. The price and location is good but overall can really use deep cleaning.
