The Neighborhood:
This condo is located in Gatlinburg Towers—just a short walk to the Parkway and all that downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. You’re close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and even the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. With stunning views off the covered porch and easy access to the indoor pool and hot tub, this is the perfect place to enjoy everything the area has to offer without ever needing to get in your car.

Getting Around:
The condo is easily accessible via all paved roads and features on-site parking. While most downtown attractions are walkable, we recommend having a vehicle if you plan to visit the national park or head into the mountains. As always, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended in the Smokies during winter or heavy rain.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo
• Sleeps a maximum of 6 guests
• Gas fireplace is seasonal (typically October–March)
• Coffee maker is both Keurig and drip—please bring your favorite coffee and filters
• Located on the 5th floor with elevator access
• Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round (subject to HOA maintenance schedule and availability)
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

We had the best stay for our 10th wedding anniversary. We stayed Sunday- Saturday! The condo was very beautiful and clean when we arrived and everything we needed was already provided. Great big tv’s and WiFi. No trouble with internet access, texts or calls. The host is amazing and is super fast to respond to any questions. The condo is so convenient in town and we could walk to town instead of having to drive. Anakeesta was about a 5 min walk. We had our own private balcony and we could see the sky bridge from our condo. On our last day we looked down from our condo and saw 5 bears, it was awesome. The only complaint I do have is the elevator was broken and we had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs 5 out of our 6 days we stayed at the condo. Very inconvenient, but that did not have anything to do with our condo host, it was the condo complex. Also I recommend not parking in the sloped inclined parking spaces. Our SUV got stuck and we had to get 4 guys that happened to be out walking to help push us out. There is free parking, that was a major plus for us. Other than that, everything was perfect!!

4th of July stay

Location was great. We could walk into town very easily & didn’t have to worry about driving / traffic etc. Condo itself could use a little updating (paint etc) but overall, a nice stay. Communication between owners was also very easy & quick response time. We would stay here again.

A good walk

The property is exactly as listed. Just know that the walk to the main strip of Gatlinburg is likely a bit longer than what you're expecting. My kids did well with it so it wasn't a big deal for us but could be a drawback for some.

We really enjoyed our stay. Was a little disappointed with the outside appearance, but the condo itself was nice. Painting crew could have done a bit cleaner job and not splattered paint on doors. There was no dressers and no hangers, so had to live out of the suitcase for several days which was a bit disappointing. Wanted to feel more like home, but couldn’t because of that. Overall though, nice condo, convenient, and I would stay there again.

The condo was clean (that’s true). The pictures shown are NOT updated. Living room is only a couch, tables with 1 lamp. There is on lamp lighting throughout so very dark. Beds are (FIRM). Request enough towels and rags for your whole stay. All parking is on a steep grade so not elderly friendly.

The conda was ok and clean however we didn't feel it accommodated 6 people as stated on the listing. Only seating was a couch for three people that wasnt very comfortable at all. And fpur chairs around the kitchen table. Didn't find any bedding for the pullout sofa bed amd was only give 4 towels for a week pong stay.

Cozy condo in bear country

This condo was perfect for my friend and I where we each got our own bedroom and bathroom. The view from the balcony was great overlooking the mountain side. We were fortunate enough to see a Mama Bear with her 2 cubs come down the mountain in the morning from the door of our condo on the 5th floor. Only downside would be the air conditioning in the front bedroom. It looks old and was making my friend congested every night....maybe mold or AC condensate needed to be cleaned out. Also texted property manager asking if we should separate recyclables out from our trash (we are from CA) but nobody responded ever.

We would stay again. The floors, patio, and kitchen walls were not super clean, but overall, it was nice, quiet, convenient, and spacious. It was great to have two bedrooms each with a full bath. Be careful of the bears and do not leave food in car or windows cracked in the car. It is a little too far to walk downtown at night if you plan to bring food back, due to bears. But in summertime, when it is warm and light, it would be perfect. It backed up to Anakeesta and is across from the Skybridge. All other tenants were renters too, and all were kind and respectful. Did not seem like party central.

Great Condo with Mountain View

Recently stayed in the condo for 5 days and would definitely stay here again. The unit had two bedrooms with two full bathrooms, which is really nice to have your own bathroom and privacy. The unit was very clean, airy and had everything we needed for our stay. It was centrally located and an easy walk to the main strip through Gatlinburg. Definitely a plus that we didn't have to drive the car and worry about parking.
