Great spot for hiking in the cirque, but a few things to be aware of.If you're visiting during the off-season, you'll definitely need a car since the town only has one open restaurants within walking distance. The place itself is a fair price for somewhere to rest after a day of exploring. A heads-up: the linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are stored in a cabinet, so you'll need to make the bed when you arrive. You'll also be responsible for cleaning up (sweeping, mopping, etc.) before you check out.Privacy can be a bit of an issue as the curtains are quite sheer. One more thing: make sure to wait for the directions to be sent via message before you head out. Since I was traveling solo, I arrived a couple of hours before check-in to get familiar with the area. The directions listed on the welcome page were incorrect, and I ended up wandering around for a bit before finding the house. I had to climb a hill to overlook the town and spot it from above! The correct directions were actually sent to me about 30 minutes before check-in.All in all, it's a decent spot for a quick rest, especially if you're in the area for hiking. It’s a beautiful area with scenic views out the front door!
