Mixed experience

Restaurant is excellent and staff friendly. But our room was not cleaned and the rug was full of fur from a dog or cat. Enough to bother me even though my allergy is mild. Upon arrival we were told the parking was full. All in all a mixed experience.

AC is the biggest perk

Good hotel with AC!! The hotel is not the best but it’s still nice enough for a night or two. Breakfast was super crowded and it was kind of dirty, probably because the staff was overwhelmed at this particular hour.

Really nice and comfortable hotel

I found this hotel to be very comfortable with nice pillows for example that makes it more like a home than hotels do generally. Very comfortable room and I slept especially well in it. Good sauna and a little gym also.

This is a gorgeous property! I have stayed at a few hotels in GĂ€vle from the USA and this place has been my favorite! The breakfast is fantastic, the room was the best in town! Will stay again!
