The exceptional beachfront location of the Port Menguen Residence makes this cottage an ideal place for a seaside holiday. The wooden terrace provides direct beach access and views of the ocean and Larmor-Plage. The layout is as follows: on the ground floor, a single room with a coffee table and a small sofa facing a fully equipped kitchenette (hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher), a shower area with a sink, a toilet with a shower attachment for rinsing off at the beach, and a washing machine. Upstairs, the landing leads to two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), one of which has a sea view, and a mezzanine with two single sofa beds (80 cm). Wi-Fi is available. The west-facing aspect offers fabulous sunsets.

*Cleaning: We require that the bins, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
