The communications with Expedia and owner of the apartment was horrible. I was charged two extra nights despite numerous phone calls and promises to fix the problem. I called before arriving two Gdansk and spent money on long distance calls. I was put on hold many times And they still charged me those two extra nights. I

Appartment for supposedly 4 people with only two single beds and a couch that doesn't pull out!! Toilet stopped working after only a few hours of our stay. Called the property management and the rental office multiple times. Was told someone would come to fix it. No one showed up during our 3 night stay. Very disappointing!!!

Definitely NOT recommend this apartment agency to anyone. I was given a different apartment address from the place I choose and confirmed online - instead of being on Old Town to being over a kilometer away from Old Town. The living room chair/couch was nasty/dirty with fluid stains and burnt damage. It was very inconvenient to look for the agency office to sign-in for the key to the property several kilometers away on the opposite side of Old Town Gdansk.

Second worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in

Apartment looks nothing like the web site picking up keys took quite a hike apartment had electric sockets hanging off the walls we had to clean shower head twice to stop it spraying horizontally over an electrical socket as well getting clean picking up the keys involved a mugging as nobody mentioned a deposit or additional money for additional bed (blow up ) window blinds were missing l could go on all day but it’s easier to say don’t go with your wife and children there will be tears absolutely disgusting

The location was the best you could ask for. The apartment itself was spacious, airy and clean. We were disappointed to be given only one towel each to do us for our week's stay. We weren't given any details on how to get into the property, and as no one in the office was answering the phone, we had to find a taxi and get him to take us to a hotel for the night. This was an unexpected expense, and the hotel room added another 300pln to the cost of our holiday, with the cost of taxis over and above.

Itried to call to advise my arrival. nobody answered for several times. Finally I could reach them and then they said there is no reservation. I had enough, that 's it, i will try to arrange a real hotel at the last minuate, because obviously the did not find the reservation. When I looked at my phone at 19,00 pm, I saw that they answered now that the key would be there and there. Too late because I was already in the newly searched hotel. If they charge me now these 2 days it is not right and absolute disaster. They cannot charge but telling me on the phone that there is no reservation. I don t agree to pay for this.

ALL WAS FINE AND LOCATION BRILLIANT
