l'appartamento Ăš molto grande, per 4 persone Ăš perfetto. Ci sono due bagni ma Ăš come se uno fosse stato diviso in due dato che uno ha la doccia e l'altro (minuscolo) solo il wc. La pulizia non era delle migliori, c'era molta polvere. l'indirizzo purtroppo era sbagliato ma grazie all'assistenza (24/7) siamo riusciti a trovare quello giusto. Infine, posizione perfetta per visitare Danzica

Wohnung und Lage Top, Vermieter Flop

Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr polnische VerhĂ€ltnisse sehr gut (man darf hier keinen deutschen Standard erwarten), wer Stadtmitte bucht muss Wissen das hier keine ruhige Lage ist. Unter der Wohnung ist ein Kisk sowie in der Nachbarschaft diverse Restaurants was man Wissen sollte (der Pizzaduft war ganz angenehm :-) ) jedoch ist entsprechend bis in die Nacht LĂ€rm durch GĂ€ste. Leider gab es massive Probleme mit der elektonischen Zugangsanlage welche die Hotline des Vermieters nicht lösen wollte / konnte. Dazu bekamen wir einen falschen NotschlĂŒssel welcher nicht passte somit standen wir Stunden vor verschlossener TĂŒr. Erst nach Kontakt mit FeWo direkt wurde das Problem gelöst (Dank dafĂŒr). Es fehlte auch der Hinweis das die Einfahrt in das Gebiet zwischen 09:00 und 20:00 verboten ist sowie, wenn man ausserhalb dieser Zeit einfĂ€hrt, zwar ParkplĂ€tze in den Strassen verfĂŒgbar sind jedoch kostenpflichtig (15€/Tag). FĂŒr uns bedeutete das bei 30 Grad unsere Koffer ĂŒber einen Kilometer durch die Strassen tragen zu mĂŒssen. GrundsĂ€tzlich wĂ€re die Wohnung Preis / LeistungsmĂ€ssig Top aber die UmstĂ€nde aussen rum machen es zur Katastrophe. Der weitere Kontakt zum Vermieter gestaltet sich immer noch schwierig da man uns vorwirft unser Haustier nicht angemeldet zu haben obwohl es Nachweislich in der BestĂ€tigung steht. Eine Reaktion des Vermieters bzgl. Mangel (kein Zugang) und Parkplatzproblemen blieb bis jetzt aus.

Zdjęcia zupeƂnie nie oddają stanu obiektu

ƚwietna lokalizacja Obiekt lata ƛwietnoƛci ma dawno za sobą i pewnie byƂoby to do zaakceptowania, gdyby nie fakt jak bardzo w bƂąd wprowadzają zdjęcia zamieszczone w ogƂoszeniu. Szara kanapa jest caƂa w plamach. Pod prysznicem grzyb, w mniejszym pokoju urwane drzwi od szafy, a drzwi wejƛciowe muszą być zamykane na zamek, gdyĆŒ inaczej nie moĆŒna ich domknąć. Dodatkowo nie dziaƂający czujnik czadu, pomimo obecnoƛci piecyka gazowego. DoƂączone w ogƂoszeniu zdjęcia parkingu rĂłwnieĆŒ wprowadzają w bƂąd. We wskazanym miejscu parkingu nie ma (w zamian bary z gƂoƛną muzyką), zresztą straĆŒ miejska pilnuje okolicy aby uniemoĆŒliwić wjazd osobom bez pozwolenia. Bardzo duĆŒy problem z zaparkowaniem.
