The apartment itself was fine . The issue was the noise we experienced from early morning to 8pm right outside our door. When we enquired about it stopping we were told it’s the law they can work until 8pm. Have stayed in a number of Grano apartments in Gdańsk. This was the worst primarily the building is having work done it is not finished. On looking at finer detail in our booking we were advised there would be work in an adjacent building not outside our door. There were wires and equipment left outside our door throughout the day. We did speak to reception at hotel but were dismissed with the comment you were informed prior to our stay (incorrect).

Fine rom. Bra beliggenhet. Var arbeid i bygården, så noe drilling- og sagelyder på morgenen, men heldig for oss ikke for sjenerende. Frokost på nærliggende Bistro Młyn, dessverre var det lang kø for å komme inn så fikk kun utnyttet den èn gang.

Fin og praktisk leilighet i kort gåavstand til restauranter, gågate og julemarked. Innsjekk på hotell resepsjon i nærheten, et lite stykke fra. Men det fungerte. Savnet info om utsjekk. 3 genrasjoner på julemarked og shopping.

Veldig fin leilighet med enkelt kjøkken og greie møbler. Det var ikke greit å bli vekka kl 7.30 fredag morgen fordi det jobbes i blokka hvor leiligheten var. Dette burde vært opplyst om.

Maybe the coldest hotel room/apartment in all of Eastern Europe. First night no heat but we were just going to sleep and the covers were warm enough as to not freeze. I told them that the heat was not working the next morning and the assured me they would send someone to turn it on. Was out all day expecting to come back to a warm apartment but instead got an apartment with no running water.. call again. They finally send someone to fix it and heat was coming from the radiators. But even with the heaters on max with a frozen apartment the temperature never went about 15c. In addition the beds were very hard, no dimmable lights, dust everywhere in the hallways, noisy construction still going on in the floors above made it horrible to stay. Staff were friendly and apologized but in the end I feel like these new apartments although nice was not worth it. Majority of the time was spent exploring Gdansk as we wanted to stay as little in this cold room as possible.
