Gdańsk Urban Chic Apartment is an apartment located in an excellent location, right in the heart of Gdańsk’s Old Town. The Old Town in Gdańsk is one of the most iconic and historic areas of this beautiful city. It is the heart of the Main Town and serves as an important meeting point for both residents and tourists. The Old Town is a place where various events, festivals, concerts, and fairs take place, adding even more color and life to this magical area. While strolling through the Market Square, it's worth paying attention to Długi Targ – a nearby street that is equally charming and full of historical monuments. It’s also a place filled with restaurants offering cuisine from around the world. The central point of the Market Square is the Neptune Fountain, an impressive Baroque monument depicting the god of the sea, which is one of Gdańsk’s symbols. Less than 200 meters from the apartment, tourist cruises on the Vistula River are available. Nearby, you’ll also find a Ferris wheel offering panoramic views of Gdańsk. Right next to the apartment is the Gdańsk Shakespeare Theatre. In the surrounding area, you’ll find a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, and service points. The apartment has excellent transport connections, with numerous bus and tram stops nearby (Żabi Kruk, Okopowa, Śródmieście, Brama Wyżynna), a port terminal (Zielony Most Marina), and the Gdańsk Główny railway station. The apartment was in a perfect location for access to the old town. It was very clean and stylish. We could have done with more than 1 dishwasher tablet. There were 4 of us staying for 4 nights.We did have an issue with a broken dining chair which we assumed had been broken by a previous guest and not reported. I contacted the host straight away hoping they might visit us and replace the chair. They acknowledged the email but that was it. Despite chase ups we were just told it had been passed to the technical team. This was disappointing but it would not put me off staying again as we loved everything else about the apartment.
