Noisy on the first floor. The food is great! Housekeeping is fantastic. The room was spotless :) I took away a star because they only have a third world hand held shower with weak water pressure, it took forever to shower which is really annoying.

Very friendly staff and a great location vies from the room. Breakfast very good choice of food and an omelette station. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Service in the hotel quick professional and very pleasant. Had the Cheese and the Ham sandwiches from the Barry very tasty made fresh each day. Pizza and Club sandwich in the evening very good value for money. They have different offers on each day.

The hotel stay was okay. The service was rather indifferent, with no warm welcome. The beds were very hard, especially the mattresses. Breakfast was ok. The waitstaff should have been more attentive with clearing the plates. Overall, the stay was fine.

Absolutely outstanding hotel. We only stayed here for 1 night while transiting from Russia to Warsaw but I wish we could stay here longer. Hotel room was spotless clean, bed was comfortable, blackout curtains, super quiet. Right in the centre of beautiful Gdansk. Breakfast was great. There is absolutely nothing to fault.

Wonderful family stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Gdańsk – City Centre and can confidently give it 5 stars. The hotel’s location is perfect-right in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions and with beautiful views of the river. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and well equipped, with especially cozy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything was modern and clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we’d like to give special thanks to Mr. Kamil from the restaurant, who made our dining experience even better with his attentive service. Breakfast offered a rich selection and was of good quality, though after the first day it felt a bit repetitive-there’s plenty to choose from, but the excitement wears off a little with each morning. We also tried the buffet dinner, which we wouldn’t recommend due to the limited choice and some dishes (like the pasta) not being as fresh as we’d hoped. Instead, we highly suggest ordering from the à la carte mini-menu-meals prepared fresh from the kitchen were delicious and much more satisfying. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. The excellent location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service made our visit to Gdańsk memorable.
