The Space:

Unit G710 is a 2 Bedroom fully equipped Condo located on the 4th floor of Gearhart House.





Enjoy watching the sunrise or sunset from your own private deck. The main bedroom has King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed. Sofa sleeper located in the living room. Flat screen TV and DVD player. Enjoy a complimentary presto log each night of your stay. Try to catch a glimpse of the Elk that roam the town of Gearhart (sometimes they come on property) Just a few minute stroll to the beach.





This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.





**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

Great place with a lovely view!

I stayed here with 4 adults and a teenager. We cooked in the kitchen several times and it was well-stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and the proximity to Gearhart, Seaside, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable

The unit had everything we needed and spacious for our group. Not a bad thing on owners end but my young nephew would not stop touching the mirror that is in the dining room so next time I’ll bring glass cleaner. Overall great experience and easy access to the pool and hot tub.

Best place on the coast

5 of us visited... a 62 yr old brother his 69 yr old sister and her 72 yr old husband and their 95 and 97 yr old parents. Perfect place to stay and watch the water and visit surrounding area Very nicely decorated and comfy. Best part was the elk herd and the beach Only suggestion is that there be a plunger in the unit.

Quiet location with ocean view

This resort is older but decently maintained. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. The place was clean and as advertised. Bit of a walk (easy) to get down to the beach. Restaurant onsite. A couple miles north of seaside so you will need to drive for other restaurants and grocery store. 2 couples stayed here. We would stay here again.

We will be back again

We enjoyed our stay at Gearhart by the Sea. The first room could definitely use some updating and new mattress in the master bedroom though. Our second room was very nice. Staff were all great and were helpful in getting us into a different room. The view was amazing!! We will definitely be back again.
