Great place to stay away from home.

I loved staying at Citizen M Geneva. The staff there were absolutely terrific! Nic was wonderful and the staff there were so helpful particularly the last day for checkout. I unfortunately cant remember the gentleman’s name who assisted me in the morning of 9/8 of my checkout with my question about where to go to get my VAT refund on the France side. I would definitely stay there again if ever I am fortunate enough to stay in Geneva. The breakfast was delicious even though u had to pay extra for it well worth it!

The bed was very comfortable but up against 3 walls so difficult to get in and out of. The staff was amazing and so polite and helpful!!! It was right in the middle of everything, very walkable. Great hotel

It was centrally located to all the areas that we wanted to visit on both sides of the river. Plenty of dining and shopping options. The staff was awesome with lots of great tips for things to do and where to eat. The check-in process was super easy too.
