We were supposed to have a King size room and we got two queens. The water from the tub came out brown for the first five minutes. We paid for three nights and the staff never cleaned our room.

The pool n hot tub was open clean n all to our self. The room was big with 2 chairs n a bench for sitting, the king bed was comfortable. Didn't like that you could hear the people talking next door n the dogs barking. Maybe they should place the people with the longer stays together, instead of placing the one nighter next door. The breakfast is the same as anywhere else buffet style.

Bathrooms need refreshing. Shower was in bad shape. Toilet ran most of the night. Shower head dripped all night. Bed sheet had dried blood on it, but it had been cleaned. Desk chair was broken. It’s was ok but I wouldn’t stay a second time.

It was a nice place, everything was fine, the breakfast wasn’t great but there’s a great breakfast cafe a couple blocks down, GREAT location by Lake Seneca and quaint downtown area

For the price, the bed was very uncomfortable and no curtains in the room. We checked in earlier then got back to the room around 8:30 pm and went to close the curtains since it was on the ground floor and the plastic from the rod was hanging down and was broken and never replaced. We did not notice it earlier since it was light out. The room smelled as well. We were up the area for a surprise party and our anniversary.

(1) good location if you want to walk to nearby restaurants or bars, or hop on major roads (like 14 or 20) for day-trips. (2) adequate free parking, with Police HQ next door. (3) The Free breakfast is decent though somewhat inconsistent (one day coffee is good, the next day very weak, one day the potatoes were good, the next day under-cooked). (4) The furnishings are worn and not partcularly comfortable. The bed was so-so, the pillows were the low point of the stay. (5) Despite being on the first floor in a building located at a major intersection, the only window coverings were venetian blinds. Car headlights resulted in constantly changing illumination patterns on the rooms walls. (6) Staff was competent though friendliness varied widely. (7) Freight trains passed by the hotel several times in the morning and, as they pass through an adjoining major road, are pretty heavy on the horn.

Good location for Geneva. Two block walk to downtown shops. It is early August so restaurants are on reduced hours. One block walk to lake waterfront and visitor center. Very convenient to Seneca Lake wine trail. Hotel is clean but could use some updating, mattresses in particular. Breakfast is fine.

Nice location and condition, everyone was friendly. Be aware, though, that rooms are only cleaned every 2 days which can be an issue if you have several people staying in one room

A mini vacation doing some wine tasting!

Was a great location was able to walk to the restaurant, with a beautiful view across the street. They also had very good breakfasts, housekeeping every other day. Would definitely go back.
