The front desk customer service was excellent. Especially Michael my husband had an injured ankle was on crushes our room was initial on the 3rd floor. He arrange for us to have a 1st floor room which to me was exceptional customer service. Thank you Michael.

Worn carpet, wall paper, desk chair. Iron put out nasty, sticky white stuff, ironing board fell apart as I started to set it up, shower had black stuff (mold, mildew?) at seams. Room felt crowded.

Needs attending to in the gym. Only one machine worked and it was lopsided on the treadmill. Can’t say you have a gym when no machines work. Pool was clean. No vending machine options for snacks.
