Very convenient location and relatively inexpensive, helpful staff. Very safe. Room small and basic. Free public transport pass provided before arrival, which is extremely helpful because the city has very good transit system

Great location with veranda at the headwaters of the Rhône. Room in a classic style, easy walkability to the lake, the museums and the Old City. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Dining and drinking options plentiful, particularly on the left bank. Bathroom a little small, but who spends time in the bathroom when marvelous Geneva awaits? We shall be back.

Basic hotel with great location

Basic hotel for a great price. Our room had a great view of the river. There is a bit of road noise, no A/C, no breakfast and the bathroom is very small. They do email you Geneva transport cards so airport transfers are easy and free.

The staff are terrific and very responsive. They are very easy to reach and accommodating. We were each provided with a pass for public transportation for free, which was a very nice touch. We chose this hotel 100% on the location and the fact that we were only spending one night in Geneva and did not care in spending a lot of money, especially since we are a family of six. We had no intention of spending too much time in the hotel. For that purpose, this hotel met that expectation completely. I would warn, though, if you plan to stay here, that should be YOUR intention as well. The rooms are very small and starkly dressed. Our room had one chair and a very tiny, iPad size TV. The room was clean as were the sheets. You do have your own bathroom. But it simply is not made for families with small children because there is not enough room. Our children are much older and so they were able to get their own rooms. Location is outstanding and an easy walk to the waterfront and sites of Geneva and it is safe.

Excellent short city stay hotel

Good value hotel near city centre. View over the river towards the lake. Close to public transport and main amenities. 10 minutes walk from the station. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Friendly staff

The staff was super friendly. The room was small and due to the hot weather, hotter than comfortable for sleeping. I would go back there when it’s less hot but unlikely in the summer month.

Hotel Des Tourelles

Not far from the airport by bus,Approx 15 mins, This hotel is located near a bridge in the centre of Geneva. The receptionists i met were very polite, very welcoming, spoke good English My room was on the 2nd floor via a lift or stairs, with a view of the river. It had a kettle, tea/coffer facilities but no milk.I did find a Co op mini supermarket next to the main train station, about 10 mins away.There is a fridge in the room as well, Excellent wifi ,and the shower room was excellent with hot running water. It was quiet as well.
