Very friendly & welcoming staff. Explained everything perfectly and were even able to arrange early check in for us. Always said hello, generally great experience. Clean & Tidy Room, plenty of desk and cupboard space. Had a mini bar - we didn’t use so can’t comment on prices - but we were able to put our water in the fridge too. Comfortable bed. Noisy with the window open, due to the constant traffic from nearby train station. However we didn’t find it that distracting, sleeping with the window open most nights - expected this due to location anyway. Small but clean bathroom, had plenty of towels and toiletries. Great stay for the price. Offered breakfast & luggage storage too. Didn’t have the breakfast, but used the luggage storage and it felt secure and safe.

Room was very clean and in a great location. Staff were very friendly and let us store our luggage in the luggage room. Unfortunately the shower would not stay fixed on the wall fitting so had to use the shower handle manually.

Fantastic hotel, clean and central location. Short walk to the water front and the main train station with a 7 minute ride to the airport which is included within the Geneva Pass provided by the hotel. Perfect base.

One lady was super helpful at reception, the other two not so much, they laughed in my face when I was asking them for help and telling them the information the other lady told me, the gave sarcastic responses, rude and very abrupt, no smile or friendliness. Whilst the one lady was lovely, really does show the difference between customer service.
