The airport-hotel shuttle was great! We traveled around the city and took the train back to the airport station and from there we took the shuttle back to the hotel, really convenient!

The check in and pre stay information was great. We arrived early and were accommodated right away. The transport between hotel and airport was prompt and excellent. Hotel was comfortable , quiet and excellent. Friendly desk staff and great to receive the Geneva transport card.

Horrible property, never go there as you will feel suffocated.. Windows are locked.. AC does not work efficiently and you will end up being sick... I had to leave and cut short my holiday as I thought I am unwell but it was the property of which made me sick to the core... That I left the country without thinking twice.

The check-in desk never indicated to us that we needed to use our entry card and a special holder to enable the lights to come on. We paid for breakfast, but we found that the eggs sausages hashbrowns were cold. The bacon was uncooked, and the orange juice tasted water down.
