The property was conveniently located for Lake Geneva, transport, shops and facilties offered in the area. It was clean and tidy with all the facilities we needed. The breakfast was adequate and all the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. They also arranged the Geneva travel card for us.

We had a very comfortable stay, 2 adults 2 teenagers- comfortable beds, v v clean everywhere, there was everything we needed including a different-sized pillow than what was usually on offer - the staff clearly made a real effort to look after our needs. The free travel pass was an added welcome bonus.
