Location
The apartment is in an ideal location, next to one of the old city gateways and close to Genova’s main attractions. The glorious Romanesque San Lorenzo Cathedral is 5 minutes away and Piazza de Ferrari is only a 3-minute walk. De Ferrari metro station is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, so getting around the city is a breeze. Other museums and galleries are within easy walking distance.

Genova is famous for its fine food and has many excellent restaurants to suit all budgets. To fully appreciate the city and its food, the best market is the Mercato Orientale in Via XX Settembre (10-minute walk). Otherwise, there are street markets every day across most of the city.

The lively port area, the Porto Antico di Genova is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. This is a large cultural space with events, restaurants, shops and an outdoor swimming pool. The modern Aquarium of Genova is also worth a visit (11-minute walk).

Genova’s International Airport is just a 20-minute drive from the apartment.
