Booked a room advertised for 3 people but only 2 single bed in room. Reception dared telling us that even if we were 5 and booked a room for 5 we would get the same 2 single beds

Vue sur la mer du toit

Très bel hôtel situé à 1,5 Km du coeur de Georgetown Il récent, bien entretenu, bon petit-déjeuner belle piscine sur le toit Seul bémol le coffre-fort était HS Dommage que personne ne vérifie que tout soit en ordre avant de donner les clés d'une chambre, cela me semble la base

Bon établissement et bien situé cependant il faut appeller l'accueil pour que la chambre soit nettoyée.

A deux pas du centre de Georgetown l hôtel Ozo est très bien situé. Il est moderne, le personnel est sympathique. Le petit déjeuner copieux. La propreté pourrait être amélioré ainsi que l espace piscine/ salle de sport.

水泵房太嘈吵,晚間影響睡眠;房間溫度持續18度,試圖調升但不果;沖涼時水花濺到坐廁附近,令廁所地面濕滑。

Good location and service from the team. However, even though the hotel is only a few years old you can see that it is not well maintained. Reception on 20 floor, when I was there 1 of the 3 lifts was not working. Hence sometime at the busy time you may need to wait a while for a lift. I was there before check in time, left luggage was on ground floor so wasted quite a lot of time for lift to and from the 20 floor, queued for a while at reception then been told to take luggage back to ground floor.

Comfort but lacks cleaning

Room was very comfortable. My only complaint is the cleaning staff don’t do a good job. They did not vacuum or clean the bathroom floor before my arrival or during my 5 night stay.
