Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach, aber für den Preis durchaus ok. Das Personal ist super nett und bemüht sich, alles irgendwie möglich zu machen. Wir fahren gerne wieder dorthin.

Stor og ren lejlighed, men langt fra motorvejen

Stor lejlighed, dog var stikket på køleskabet i stykker, så vi ikke kunne sætte det til, hvilket var ret irriterende, da vi havde mad med vi gerne ville holde koldt og fryseelementer vi gerne ville have frosset over natten. Vi kunne heldigvis aflevere det hele i receptionen, og så opbevarede de det. Men det var ikke helt det samme. Lille køkken inde i et skab, med vask og kogeplade. Der var lidt køkkengrej og service, dog kun to tallerkner - én dyb og én middagstallerken, men vi skulle ikke lave mad, så det gjorde ikke noget, men jeg synes det var underligt. Sengene kunne godt bruge en topmadras, man kunne mærke fjedrene. Værelset var rent og pænt, men kunne godt trænge til en makeover. Persiennen var i stykker og kunne ikke lukke helt. Hotellet lå alt for langt fra motorvejen, i forhold til vores sene ankomst og at vi bare skulle have en hurtig overnatning og så videre næste dag.

Die Unterkunft war soweit sauber bis auf Kleinigkeiten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und abgewohnt und die Zimner sind sehr hellhörig. Für eine Nacht aber völlig ok.

People at the reception were friendly. Room was big enough but it was a bit hot. It looks like the hotel needs a bit modernization. Breakfast was ok. There is parking spaces in front of the hotel, I had no problem to find a space. It has a restaurant which was nice. The only problem I've had was about the telephone signal, since the hotel is not directly in the city center I had problems about phone calls which may also be a problem for the people who are traveling for work.

Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, ruhige Zimmer, gute Lage, Essen im Restaurant sehr gut, ist absolut seinen Preis wert. Wir werden hier auch künftig bei entsprechender Gelegenheit übernachten. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung. Und: auch ausreichend Parkplätze.

Das Hotel macht einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck ,das Personal war freundlich und höflich. Was man aber beachten soll bei meinem Besuch waren sehr viele Monteure und Außendienstmitarbeiter da und das scheint immer so zu sein . Zudem war die Erreichbarkeit von Internet und Telefon sehr eingeschränkt möglich. Ca 6 Km vom Centrum von Gera -- Auto oder Taxi etwas 20 € sind schon nötig und von Nöten !!

Wer dort nur übernachten möchte und keine hohen Ansprüche an die Zimmer stellt, der kann relativ preiswert übernachten. Mit meiner Frau oder Familie würde ich dort definitiv nicht bleiben. Bis auf den mit schwarzen Streifen durchzogenen Teppichboden war alles sauber.

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Die Zimmer sind für doesen Preis gut. In unserem Zimmer war das Fenster undicht und es hat gezogen wie Hechtsuppe. Beim Frühstück war die Mitarbeiterin bemüht, aber das Auffüllen der einzelnen Dinge wie Wurst, Gemüse und Ei klappte selten. Besondere Problem gab es, wenn Reisegruppen beim Frühstück abgefertigt werden mussten.

hält leider nicht was es verspricht. Soutarrain Zimmer war Stickig und sehr schlecht zu lüften, aber in einem sauberen Zustand. W- Lan ist nicht überall zu empfangen. Normales Mobilnetz gar nicht. TV nur einige wenige Programme, die man aber erst suchen muß. Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und Gut. Das Essen im Restaurant war total versalzen und kam erst nach 45 Minuten. Immerhin wurde Ersatzessen auf Kosten des Hauses angeboten. Es würde sich anbieten nicht am Personal im Service zu sparen. Obwohl ruhig gelegen würden wir es leider nicht weiter empfehlen.
