C’est la quatrième fois que nous nous rendons dans cet établissement. Accueil chaleureux établissement digne d’un quatre étoiles. Chambre propre cosy et bien insonorisée . La piscine et les commodités sont vraiment au top. Très bon petit déjeuner copieux. Les : la situation centrale, l’accueil, Piscine intérieure chauffée et très propre unité. Les moins : wi-fi à revoir. Qui saute régulièrement utilisable uniquement dans la chambre et le bar de l’hôtel. Dès lors on se rend à la piscine ou sur les terrasses c’est terminé. La grande déception cette année est l’un des trois restaurant le coq à l’Ane qui perd de sa prestance notamment au niveau du choix des repas : plus de menu au choix si vous n’êtes pas en demi-pension. Qualité moyenne. Le service et l’accueil sont déplorables. très peu de sourire la jeune fille qui était déjà l’année dernière n’est toujours pas sympathique. On a franchement l’air de l’ennuyer. Les repas servis vite fait les uns après les autres…expédié en 45 minutes c’est bien dommage pour la réputation de l’hôtel !! Beaucoup de couples autour de nous pensaient exactement la même chose et été aussi déçu que nous. heureusement que le Grand cerf reste toujours très bon. !!!

Escapade au Grand Hôtel & Spa

Superbe hôtel, piscines (dont la piscine extérieure chauffée, un délice !), belle grande chambre moderne, restaurants... et un service très pro. Le tout dans un écrin de verdure en plein centre de Gerardmer. C'est un peu cher, certes, mais ça se justifie. 9/10 !

Très bon séjour . Confort propreté . Tout était nickel. Mais arriver chez moi quand je range la facture on a remarquer avoir payer des petits déjeuner en trop. A 22euros par personne sa me fait 44euros de perdu. Et pour ce genre de reclamation c est le parcours du combattant. J ai appeler. On m’a dit , pas de pt’robleme on vous envoye un mail pour le remboursement. Puis plus rien. Ni nouvelle ni remboursement

arrivés à 15h30, nous avons attendu plus d'une heure pour avoir notre chambre. Finalement, après nous être un peu fâchés,nous nous sommes vu attribuer une suite. Ils auraient pu nous offrir un café pendant ce temps. Nous étions cinq couples dans ce cas.

In die Jahre gekommenes, ursprünglich vor vielen Jahrzehnten erkenntbar einmal sehr luxuriöses Hotel. Matratzen durchgelegen, Frühstück kostet 20 Euro pro Person. Lage super.

ジェラルーメの高級ホテルで，内装は豪華め，複数のレストランとバー，そしてスパを備え，ゆったりとした滞在が楽しめます。レストランは，割合特色豊かで，どこも良かったです。 私が滞在した時は，18時までにレストランを予約しないといけないと言われたので，（常にこれが適用されるかはともかく，）注意した方が良いと思います。 湖まで徒歩５～１０分弱ですが，特に部屋からの眺めは良くないかもしれません。 なお，ホテルにも駐車場はありますが，無料公共パーキングもアチコチにあります。

Séjour agréable mais...

Agréable séjour mais s'attendait à un autre niveau de qualité pour un 4 étoiles. Positif : la qualité du spa est excellente et les équipements de l établissement sont plutôt bien meme si on regrette un passage dans le hall pour aller du sauna a la piscine. L'accueil est agréable et le personnel poli. Négatif : le restaurant le grand cerf avec une qualité de cuisine ou une impression de manger du decongelé tout le long du repas. Un petit-déjeuner a 20 euros par personne qui ne les mérité pas et il y a encore des suppléments a 6 euros... Et une volonté de pousser à la consommation, proposition d'une chambre contemporaine pour plus cher la semaine avant notre arrivée alors qu'elle est dans la gamme de la chambre que nous avions réservée. Bref, un bel établissement très bien situé mais qui n'a pas le standing et la qualité d'un 4 étoiles que ça soit dans l'agencement des équipements ou la qualité de la restauration.

Excellent restaurant ( gastronomique ) serveur un peu grincheux !!! Hôtel bien situé magnifiques piscines et Spa malheureusement très famille couple en recherche De tranquillité. A éviter ( période scolaire /cote rue bruyant / chambre kitch mais sympa enlever les baignoire et les bidets et faites des douches italienn double /piscine été un peu loin /piscine. De nage sublimissime !bln rapport qualité prix !!
