Our reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children. When we checked in we only have 3 towels in the bathroom. We also only had two rolls of toulet paper with very little left on each roll (we had to go downstairs that evening for toulet paper and towels) the room wasnt the cleanest and the furtinute was in terrible shape. The pool appeared to look dirty and gross and the patio furniture was also dirty, stained and poor condition. We had stayed this hotel 4 years ago for 1 night and it was very pleasant. It has severly gone down hill.

It was a nice location, close to everything we wanted to do in Gettysburg area. Our room could have been cleaned a little better. In the bathroom there was dried up toothpaste in the faucets and in the sink. The shower and tub had some hair stuck to it.

Don’t stay here

People at the desk were nice but rooms are very outdated for the price as well as dirty. Our room was absolutely infested with ants. The sheets and bedding were torn and had holes in them. The cabinet that had the mini fridge and microwave was broken, one of the supporting panels was snapped in half. Temp control on the wall didn’t work.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Living room decor and furniture was a little dated, no big deal. We were pleased with how nice the breakfast was. Plenty of options and ample seating. Great location to where we needed to go.

Employees were very open, friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. Had an issue with ants in the room. Eric, the manager, addressed the issue promptly and apologetically. He was very appreciative in being informed about the issue. He was a delight to talk to and even joke around with. Great customer interaction and service. The food menu had a great variety, freshness and cleanliness in the room. The hotel has ample parking, close to shopping, restaurants, attractions and has a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely recommend coming here again. We want to send out a special thanks to Eric for going above and beyond for ALL his customers needs and requests. It was great talking with you!!! Fantastic hotel! Will be staying here again. The first room I was in had ants (it’s that time of year! I wasn’t upset. Ants > bed bugs) so I was upgraded for free to a bigger room. The ONLY complaint I had - and it’s stretching - is the TV was a little small. Otherwise, it’s got a huge parking lot by an outlet mall and a TGI Fridays, and across the street from a gas station. I felt completely safe there the whole time and loved every second of it. There were plenty of options for dogs to go. The rooms were quiet and we only had an issue one night with kids running around, otherwise it was silent and gave my reactive dog some peace to sleep in.

The first room we had was very dirty. The manager moved us without a problem but that next room was not much better if it wasn’t so late we would have looked for another hotel.

Adorable place to stat
