NH Collection Gent exceeded our expectations. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with fresh pastries, quality meats, and local specialties in a beautiful setting. Beautiful hotel, huge room. Excellent location, a beautiful old cathedral right in front of the hotel. Unfortunately I found the bed very uncomfortable, very hard.

Great Hotel, Great Location

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Easy to get to with convenient on site parking for a fee. Great location with easy walking to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Great in room coffee service. I would stay there again.

Great hotel - poor communication

Overall nice hotel. Rooms are very good. The only downside was that their messaging via the Hotels.com website was poor. I messaged them prior to our stay with a request that was not acknowledged. They contacted me via Hotels.com with an unrelated message, which I responded to immediately. But again there was no response.
