This is not a 5* hotel, it's situated perfect for the shopping centre is the best I can say for it. The room was clean but tired, bed is excellent, however it was not a good night's sleep due to street and hotel noise, towel were rock hard and threadbare, tea & coffee was ok if you wanted no more than one cup or just fruit tea. Definitely not worth the £280 a night price tag

Wow. Big beautiful room. Let us check in early. Upgraded to room with water view so hot to wake up to marina boat view each morning. Staff was amazing. Beautiful yacht!

Comfortable room. Slightly outdated and most bars and restaurants on the boat weren't open at night. Rooms well insulated for noise from each other, but not the glass bin outside which was added to in the morning and woke us up. Less of a problem if you have a mariner view I would guess.

Hotel was excellent. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Our room was excellent ,size,bed,cleanliness. View from balcony was lovely. The bathroom was great. It was big and spotlessly clean. We had lunch in the restaurant on our last day , it was amazing and great value for money. Hotel is in a great location near the centre and bars and restaurants . Check in/ out was seamless. We will definitely return and woukd highly recommend this hotel.
