One good now best forgotten

Third time in this hotel - Fist time amazing - second time average - 3rd time poor. Air conditioning not working properly and 3 calls to get fixed failed and maintenance guy said is 22degees not cold enough!!! Breakfast alwats full and had wating time.

Oodles of style. Lacking in substance. The hotel is indeed luxury, beautiful spacious modern rooms will all mod cons. However... my room was mere metres from the stage area used by the pub next door. Between the live music, rowdy customers, bar staff emptying glass bottles in to bins and what I can only assume to be elephants either employed or patronising the hotel bar immediately overhead, sleep was hard to come by. Perhaps some investment in sound proofing and noise reduction alongside the chandeliers and colour changing lighting would be prudent. Am also currently in dispute and awaiting refund for inaccurate minibar charges applied to my credit card after checking out. More consistent welcoming of guest would also be advised, whilst other guests were supplied with welcome drinks and luggage delivery to their rooms this is inconsistent. If this is only applicable for those booking your most premium rooms, it's not a good look to remaining customers

One of the best hotels in Gibraltar. Only a 10 min walk from the airport and 10 min from the main street/bars & restaurants. The rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. I found it difficult to work out which of the bars were in use every evening - it changed every night i stayed there often for private functions. It was easier to use bars & restaurants outside the property. Rooms are expensive but Gibraltar has few other places similar to this standard of property
