This exclusive penthouse, located in the heart of Paseo de Begoña, offers a unique stay for those seeking comfort and a privileged location in Gijón. Just minutes from the beach and surrounded by shops and leisure areas, it is the ideal place to discover the city.



Their architectural renovation and decoration create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The light entering through the ceiling windows in the living room brings warmth to the space, while the bedroom separation ensures greater privacy. Fully equipped, it offers all the necessary comforts for optimal rest.



Currently, improvement works are being carried out in the entrance hall and stairs



Located in an iconic building in the centre of Gijón on one of the most exclusive streets, opposite the Jovellanos Theatre and next to emblematic boutiques, confectioneries and cafés such as Café Dindurra, this penthouse on the fourth floor provides easy access to a nearby underground public car park, facilitating mobility around the city. The area is quiet, away from the nightlife hustle of El Carmen or La Ruta, but close enough to enjoy its atmosphere when desired.



From here, you can walk around Gijón, with easy access to the beach, the seafront promenade, the marina and the best leisure areas. It is also an excellent base for exploring iconic places in Asturias such as the Lakes of Covadonga, the Sella River or Cape Peñas.

Instrucciones imprecisas

Las instrucciones no coinciden con las del registro de entrada. Dicen que timbres al telefonillo y automáticamente se abrirá la puerta,cosa que es falsa. La comunicación fue inmediata pero la resolución nefanda. Afortunadamente unos inquilinos salieron del portal y pudimos acceder a recoger las llaves. Y ante las quejas,en lugar de disculparse,se justificaron,excusaron e indignaron de manera absurda y ridícula.
