Took a long time to check in. Lady was nice but couldn’t figure out which room. Got all set up and then she ran out to the car and said somebody was already in the room she gave us. Also, it was not advertised the restaurant was closed for our entire stay. (Sunday night and leaving Monday). It just wasn’t up to par..

Kentucky dam village
Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HotelsExceptionally beautiful location - we saw a bald eagle in the tree outside our room and two otters playing in the water. The bathroom has been updated with tile but the water pressure was pretty high in the shower. The double bed was rather small yet comfortable.

Great personnel at the lake
Publié le 7 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe hubby and I came to town to visit my son and his family. My check in was wonderful based on personnel, but it seems their IT system could use some upgrading. The Friday night buffet was very good, breakfast was great. I especially liked the bath tub and hot water.

Disappointed
Publié le 2 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe have stayed here before and enjoyed it. The rooms are dated but nice. I booked a king and when I got here the desk attendant said they were not sure why they allowed me to book a king because they had no kings left. I booked this room 5 days ago. And it would have been nice if someone had informed me. I instead was given a double twin room. I’m a big guy and a twin bed with my wife on a date night is not the best option. Not sure who missed it on this but nevertheless I was disappointed. Thankfully the view of the lake from the room and the bed being comfortable enough made it alright. But it will make me second guess staying here again. There are many other options in the Ky lake area.
