Great house for our group this past weekend. Everything we needed was there and the place was very clean and easy to live in. Jeanrony was very accommodating to our needs prior to booking the the house and during our stay!

We had such a great time! Our group had ages from 5-65 and the house was great for all! The basement was the perfect spot for all the football games on this weekend, especially the Pats! We were nice and close to Gunstock for skiing and tubing. The house was spotless, the gym in the basement came in handy and all the extra touches in each of the bathrooms were so nice. The kitchen was fully equipped and had lots of necessities and breakfast like milk and cereal, bagels, pancake mix and other snacks. We could not have had a better time. We were a little technologically challenged with the front door ekey app, but the owners were quick to assist with that. Will definitely look to book again.

The communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Gaining entry to the property requires downloading an app, but once we figured that out, it was convenient. The house was clean, had plenty of room and TV's in all bedrooms. No TV in the main living area, but a large TV in the entertainment room in the basement for all to enjoy. There was plenty of essentials left for us which was very much appreciated. Also arrived to a welcome basket of bagels, snacks, etc. The house was conveniently located near stores and food and Gunstock Mountain. We will return for sure.

The house is beautiful and includes many amenities. We comfortably filled all the rooms with ages 4 through teens and adults. The host was easy to reach and left a binder with instructions that were clear and concise. Additional towels and batteries for the soap dispensers are the only improvements we would suggest. We would definitely return for another stay during any season of the year.

This was a family weekend getaway. The home was equipped everything we needed and more! There were plenty comfortable gathering spaces and all the comforts of home were supplied, down to the little qtip dispensers in each bathroom. The location was within 15 minutes of all the lake activities we wanted to explore. We we very pleased with our stay.

House was very spacious, very clean, and great proximity to everything Gilford has to offer. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, the pool table, the privacy, and many bedrooms. The owners communicated all the details we needed to access the home in advance so the process was a smooth as possible. We would highly recommend renting this home. We will definitely consider this home again next summer for our next group adventure. Thanks for making our decision so easy!!

Amazing Stay in Gilford

As a group of parents with 18 travelling softball players-we decided to stay in an Air BnB for our last tournament together as the girls age out. A whirlwind of games all weekend means a crazy schedule, so having space to accommodate 5 families all getting ready at the same time was a huge thing for us. This home was everything we could've asked for and more. The host is very responsive and accommodating, making the check-in/out and answers to questions super helpful. We were amazed at how well the house was stocked for any possible need, including grill utensils, a Keurig and a coffee pot! I would highly recommend to anyone with a group looking for the perfect balance between being all together, yet having space to wander off for some quiet. We'll 100% be back and THANK YOU to our hosts for making our last tournament one to remember-and we did win the tournament, an extra bonus!

We rented in July for a family reunion. This was a last minute pivot after our original rental canceled because the owner decided to sell their property. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise! Home is lovely, clean, spacious and well suited for a large family or multiple families. We had 9 adults ( our 3 kids and their significant others and my sister) and there was space to spare, but it also felt very cozy. We had many planned activities to attend while we were there, but always started and ended our days at the house, either cooking a meal together in the wonderful kitchen, or hanging out together in the living room or game room. Owner was very kind and communicative, easy to work with and provided a lovely basket of treats to welcome us. I gave a 4 for location for this reason: it was literally .25 miles from my relatives who were hosting the reunion, so super convenient for me! It's also a lovely property to wake up in and enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening on the deck. It's an easy drive to Gunstock and Winnepesaukee, depending on your interests, as well as grocery stores, restaurants and other conveniences. But it's not lake or mountain view and it's a little hard to find if you're ordering door dash. I don't personally find the latter to be an issue but some in our party did. Bottom line: we had a fantastic stay and would/will stay again in the future!
