Wonderful staff. Good location.

The villa is very close to the docks. Which is good for convienience. However, it does mean that you do hear some noise from the docks. Although it is only in the daytime. The team of staff were great. Took very good care of us and couldn't be anymore helpful. The breakfast was good also. Only a couple of improvements that could be added, to make the stay perfect. There was no coils to keep the mosquitos away and there are quite alot. If they lit some coils or incense, then this would reduce this issue. Also, the sun loungers are not very comfortable and need the padding on them. Otherwise a nice stay. Would recommend.

Fabulous Place to stay!

Loved staying here—so proximate to everything in Gilli Air—but the best part was Sophie—our attendant who manages Casa Koko!! He was so attentive and helpful to all our needs. Loved having the private plunge pool for cooling off at various times of day & evening! Breakfasts were vaaried and terrific! A true find!

Sophian is amazing. He will pick you up from the port and organise everything for you. The villa is easily one of the best on the island, Sophian takes good pride in his place. The bed is lovely and clean, the private pool is a real treat too. The free bikes come in handy and the breakfast was great! You soon become accustom to island life so be warned.. you won’t want to leave - we didn’t! Best tip for anyone going - grab the free snorkel set and head to just outside chill out - you’ll see little black markers in the water (where the snorkel boats go to) - not far off shore at all, this was by far the best area to snorkel. Oh and get pizza at Mammas pizza - it’s better than Italy.

Wonderful experience

Was very sad to leave this beautiful villa. It was very clean and well maintained. Service was excellent throughout. Sopian was more than happy to help with anything we needed and made us feel very welcome. They’d thought of all the little extras you could ask for in the villa! We also enjoyed the cooking class out front of the villa, plus included breakfast was excellent! Hope to return again soon.

A perfect organised and wonderful stay!

Casa Koko itself is a wonderful Villa. It is very close to the harbour but don’t worry but just with the benefits of close transportations and a lot of good restaurants around you. If you are in the villa, you actually will never notice that you are close to the harbour. Furthermore, Sopian and his colleagues are ready to help you with everything and still being unbelievable friendly. You want to see turtles and get a private boat trip`? No worries, Sopian is here to help! You need to get earlier from the island because of your flight? NO worries! The Villa is also really beautiful and has everything you need for your trip on Gili Air. Fresh Water, breakfast from a brilliant stay aroung the corner, a fridge with full of drinks (same price as in the supermarket), good AC, nice bathroom and a wonderful pool! All in all, I can highly recommend a stay at Casa Koko and if we are going back to Gili Air, we will go there again!

The amazing Casa Koko

If you are travelling to Gili Air this is definitely the best place to stay! Right from location being right next to the harbour (so not needing to go near the horse and carts was a big pro for me!) and being prime spot for food and drinks. To the villa itself being beautiful and all the little extras such as complimentry bikes, but most of all the amazing Sopian, who was so helpful to us with finding the right things to do on the island and booked and sorted all transport for us and generally was just an amazing human, who made our trip as stress free as possible. 10/10 for casa koko from us :)

The property was a literal step away from the harbor, which made it incredibly easy to find! Despite the central location, it was exceptionally quiet and at no point were we disturbed or uncomfortable. The place had all the amenities we needed, including snorkeling masks, a clean pool, bicycles, and even a floating basket tray to eat your breakfast in the pool! Speaking of breakfast, they would take your order and have the best juices and smoothie bowls for you, always on time, delivered to your door. The service was impeccable — thanks to Sopian and Adi, we were provided all the information we needed, including all-day “security” since someone was always on site due to the popular cooking school just next door. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with cold fresh towels, beverages, and a map with full rundown of restaurants, diving and scuba rentals, locations to watch the sunset, etc. This place exceeded all of our expectations and we felt always felt so welcome and safe. Thanks again to Sopian who helped us have the best stay possible!

We loved everything about our stay. Casa Koko is in a great location close to the port and amazing places to eat. We loved spending time at the private pool and relaxing in the beautifully decorated villa. The music player was a great addition. The villa has all amenities you would need for your stay. The staff where so welcoming and friendly with loads of suggestions of where to eat and things to do. We also loved taking part in the cooking school next door to the villa. Would highly recommend casa koko.

The villa is adorable and loaded with amenities. The staff (Sopian and Adi) are extremely friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast delivered every morning from Gili Bliss is the best - I'm still dreaming about those smoothie bowls. I was a little worried I had made a mistake by not booking a beachfront hotel, but my husband and I ended up really enjoying the location - a 2 minute walk from the docks and a good starting point between the east and west beaches. It was great to come back to our little private pool and deck after a day of exploring. My only complaint would be the power going out multiple times. I realize Gili Air is subject to rolling blackouts, but there were times when there was no one on site to start the generator. This was generally not a big deal for us, but it became a little annoying when we realized the places next to us still had power. Overall though we loved Casa Koko! Perfect for our honeymoon.

From the minute we were greeted by Adi and Sopina at the harbour I knew we were in for a beautiful time. They were so friendly and welcoming the whole time we were there - information about where to eat, best spas, best spots to see turtles, even spots to watch out for on the bike Bothing was too much trouble. Then the room. WOW! A fantastic 2 person villa - own pool, super cool decor - 2 mins walk from the harbour and walking distance to heaps of great places to eat. I would definitely recommend this place.

Exceptional

Excellent location, staff are at the port to meet and greet you to carry your luggage to the villa which is situated at the port. Staff go above and beyond with their service and sit down with you on arrival giving you lots of useful information about the island and best places to eat etc. Free bicycles and snorkelling equipment and head torches provided in the villa. Beautiful accommodation every attention to detail has been made to make this an enjoyable stay. Toiletries provided free of charge. Drinking water machine providing cold and hot water. Free coffee and tea. Breakfast is delivered to your living room at your chosen time in the morning. Fully stocked fridge with reasonable prices. Gorgeous private pool with running water feature. Highly recommended

Paradis!

Ett riktigt paradis! NĂ€r man klev av fĂ€rjan stod Sopian och Adi nere vid hamnen och vĂ€ntade pĂ„ oss för att sedan guida oss rĂ€tt. Sopian visade ut stĂ€llen runt hela ön som han tyckte var sevĂ€rt och vilka matstĂ€llen som var ett mĂ„ste. Frukosten bestĂ€llde man till ett klockslag och dĂ„ plingade de pĂ„ dörren, hur smidigt som helst! En fantastiskt mysig liten ”villa” dĂ€r man fick sin egentid utan störande moment, trots att det lĂ„g ett stenkast ifrĂ„n hamnen. Sopian och Adi levererade service utöver det vanliga och kunde hjĂ€lpa oss med alla funderingar vi hade under resans gĂ„ng. Ett helt magiskt stĂ€lle, letar man efter en undangömd oas pĂ„ sin resa till Gili Air sĂ„ Ă€r detta ett mĂ„ste!

Lovely place

We loved this place which is located right by the Gili Air harbour but still very quiet in the apartment. The place has everything and Sopian took good care of us and even helped us with the trip to and from Gili Air from Bali. He knew everything about the island which was amazing since we only had 3 days to explore everything. The price is great compared to the fact that you get your own little home with a private pool on this beautiful island where beach and restaurant are within walking distance. The place had everything we could ask for. We wish we had booked this place for more night. Also the breakfast is amazing and included in the price. The smoothie bowl was just like the instagram pictures.
