There was no staff. Self check in. 40 degrees in the room with a space heater as the only source. Thin bedspread with no extra bedding. Daylight and cold air from unsealed room door . WiFi inoperative. No response from “help” number. Daisy chained extension cords everywhere. “Front office” torn up for some sort of renovation. I am flabbergasted this is allowed on Travelocity or any other site as a viable lodging site. They should shut down, renovate and then reopen if they plan to stay in the lodging business. I would have left immediately had it not been “non-refundable”. Pro tip- have an HVAC system in a commercial lodging facility = motel. I can’t imagine this meets any kind of code. Even in Wyoming.

The Arrowhead is a no frills motel, owned and operated by a very friendly person who definitely is working hard to make it a good place to overnight. It's clean, well kept, and I would certainly stay again if I happened to be traveling through the area.

This was a cute boutique hotel that was clean and quiet. Beds was comfortable. Shower was good but it didn’t drain well. The owner was super friendly and easy to accommodate us.

Cutest motel with great owners. He showed me to the room. It is decorated so cutely. Only negative thing is no hairdryer.

The hotel owner is so thoughtful. He showed us to our room late in the evening and asked us if we needed a recommendation for dinner. In the morning, he noticed us looking around for an ice machine, and he brought us a bucket of ice. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the origami towels were adorable. A very nice experience in a small town on our way to Devils Tower.
