Not as advertised

Advertised as a lake house with a grill and useable space in the shed outside. No grill and it looked as if a homeless person had lived in the shed. Lake access but not located on the lake. The gas main had a propane leak which looked as if someone had known about and poorly tried to fix it with incorrect materials. Flooring upstairs was incomplete with floor boards moving. The stairs and porch were rickety and on their last legs. The downstairs show didn't drain properly and had to be squeegee cleaned. Last but not least, a week after leaving the owner try to blame damages on our group. He stated that we left a faucet running and it caused flooding in the basement. Stay away from this one.

Lake house

The property worked for my purpose, it was not overly clean ( even though they charged me for cleaning, if this is what they paid they did not get their monies worth). Also I ended up paying which I felt was exceptionally high for one night near a lake off season, I felt this was way overpriced. They touted snacks available, but some of these were open and half eaten. Overall it felt like the owners just moved out for a night.
