not for light sleepers

car alarms going off at night with no cessation, kept honking for at least 10 mins; breakfast on Sat/Sun should be available at least until 10 or 10:30; room refrigerator very noisy at start and stops, should be silent. first floor room nice however noise from room above very noticeable. Staff was very friendly and helpful! room very clean. will stay again, but not on first floor!

Overall positive stay

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and breakfast was decent. The only negative, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault, was someone smoked marijuana in the room next to us and the smell gave me a severe headache. We were in a non-smoking room.

Good stay but concerned

We had a great visit with family because we had a great nights sleep the only issue I had was as we were leaving somewhere across from us a dog started barking and scared me I didn’t know we were on a floor with dogs I think that there should be a separate floor for animals also hoping we weren’t in a room that allowed pets now I know to bring my slippers to wear in the rooms as this is now an issue for me. Love dogs but at the same time uncomfortable with some.

I have never saw the room so dirty ! The AC smells like MOLD, carpet is stinky , there is smell of garlic in a hall way. I asked to move me to different room because I am allergic to mold but receptionist wasn’t helpful and said there is nothing he can do for me’ .

The only drawback is that the room shown in the photo for rent had a wooden floor, but we were given one with carpet. “I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff for their kindness, respect, and cooperation — particularly the lady from the breakfast area.”
