Four-star family home Keysersnest in Gistel was renovated in 2022 (infra red sauna outside under shelter, Weber bbq, box spring beds, high speed wifi, charging point car, baby, kids) bike storage and a closed garden in quiet garden area, next to playground (basket, football, playground equipment) .On 250 m working mill and cafe/restaurant, village center(1.3 km) with weekly 2 markets.Gistel is located on bike junction 63,Plopsaland 25 km, Ostend 8 km, Diksmuide and west corner 16 km , Bruges 18 km.
The space
Free access, with your code(you will receive two days before arrival) ,to the house with electronic door lock Nuki.
Powerful WiFi in the entire house and amplifier WiFi signal on terrace.
You can park your car in the driveway and there is a connection to charge your electric car ( extra consumption paid ( 50 cents per Kwh).
Sunny living space with two sitting areas and a fireplace, dining table for 10 people .
Baby box, baby rocking chair , baby/child's bed (120 cm x 60 cm), safety gates, stairs at the top and entrance, kitchen and also a children's dining chair available. Duplo blocks , tonka cars, booklets and a cupboard full of games.
Through sliding window access to the wooden terrace with teak garden furniture and the health mate infrared outdoor sauna for 5 people and a charcoal BBQ from Weber.
In the living room bar overlooking open kitchen ,library and retro hi-fi system . Smart TV , full option,from 2022.
Two bedrooms with two box-spring beds of 90 cm X 200 cm each and third bedroom with high bed for adults of 90 cm x 200 cm and extra bed of 90 X 200 cm. All equipped with down blankets and 2 pillows, super bed.(Please bring your own covers for down blankets and pillowcases)
Luxury crockery , plates and glasses ( including large wine glasses)and couches, plates and plateaus.
Also in the living room divan bed (140 cm on 190 cm) for 2 people.
Fully installed kitchen : knives and other necessities, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dolce gusto coffee machine( bring your favorite pods), kettle, mixer, filter coffee maker ( filters provided, no coffee), vitro ceramic stove with oven and the necessary pots and pans( also a wok pan), toaster, croque monsieur machine.
Garage with washing machine(laundry product provided) , iron and ironing board, drying rack, extra fridge and freezer with ice cubes forms and cooling elements for the cooler present.
In the lockable garage, there are also 2 charging points for electric bicycles and plenty of space for bicycles. Also table football and darts (bird's peak) , high table and two chairs.
Upstairs : 2 bedrooms, each with 2 box-spring beds of 200 cm x 90 cm ( can be placed separately or against each other). One bedroom for 3 people with bunk bed 200 cm x90 cm and a luxurious folding bed of 200 cm x 90 cm. Duvets and pillows are provided , but you can cover your own down duvet and bring pillowcases.
Children's travel cot available (120 x 65 cm), but private sheets are also provided for cot, please). There is place to place a cot in each of the three rooms.
Baby box , baby rocking chair and children's dining chair are also provided.
Bathroom with washbasin, toilet , individual heating , automatic ventilation , hairdryer, spacious shower with rain shower and hand shower.
Guest access
The entire house with enclosed garden. In the garden, infrared outdoor sauna ,fire basket(bring wood!), swing and extra sitting area under chestnut tree. Also Weber BBQ with charcoal (bring your own!)and terrace furniture with parasol. 2 sun beds with pillows and extra garden furniture are available. For the little ones, there are children's furniture and a high chair to sit at the table.
Other things to note
Duvets(140 cm x 200 cm) and pillows
provided with duvet covers and pillowcases. Also for cot , to bring yourself.
Needed cleaning material. ( detergent dishwasher, detergent sink, detergent washing machine, vacuum cleaner , variety) and basic toilet paper , napkins, waste bags and paper towels are provided .
Bring your own bath towels, don't forget to bring extra bath towels for the sauna and visit the beach!
Check your access code Nuki so you have free access to the house, see your app or piano at the front door.
Locked garage only through the inside , reschedule the button, close it before you leave the house.(garage lock is not connected to Nuki system front door).
Bring wood for the fireplace or fire bowl and charcoal for the BBQ or buy it locally in the supermarket. If something is not clear, send me a
