We would have appreciated knowing that the hotel was aged and undergoing renovation BEFORE booking. The front main entrance and additional entrance were left open which left us feeling insecure to outsiders entering at anytime. The MESSY lobby entrance, DIRTY parking lot, and the hidden motel sign behind a large tree, made the hotel hard to find, and were not inviting at all. Who we think was the desk greeter seemed nervous and spoke quickly although friendly. One lightbulb in room was not functioning, the television was difficult to operate and we asked about operating it but no one ever came to our room to assist us. The toilet in the room ran most of the night and was VERY noisy so we did not enjoy a good night's rest. We would never chose to stay at this location again. We were happy to leave! The one and only plus was that the room was clean.
I stayed in an updated room. There's lots of renovations in progress here, but the staff's outgoing personalities make up for it. Continental breakfast too!!!
We decided not to stay as soon as we pulled up, before we even got out of the car. Apparent client and 2 apparent staff members were standing on the second floor balcony loudly and publicly discussing that the showers had no pressure and no hot water and the fact that âstaffâ could do nothing to fix it. Do not want to post this for public consumption, but feel management needs to be aware of their public perception.
