Nice hotel in central Glasgow

Really nice hotel, only slight let down was the breakfast, food options weren't great from the buffet, though i did probably go at a peak time, meaning seating options were limited as was cuttlery etc. They do offer a la carte, but i didn't try this due to time constraints.

It was the worst stay in my travel experience. Air conditioning system of the room we were given was not working to warm the room and waited for more than 30 minutes for respond and engineer who came told us it was fixed but it didn’t. So finally they changed the room but still it had the same problem. We asked them to give us room that has working air conditioning system and we were told they are busy to give us new room. Finally they brought 2 portable heaters. We wasted almost 2 hours after we checked in. It was nightmare. I must say that male staff was trying really hard but I still couldn’t believe what happened. Another female staff was also trying to help without success. Next morning when we checked out, after I complained about what happened, they waived parking fee. But, I will not consider and recommend to stay at Radisson anymore.

Room 256. Was clean and a good size. Nobody picked up the phone for reception or room service and had to call reception off of my mobile but staff apologised and were friendly. Just be aware Saturday night you could hear the base from music until 1am. Again I am sure wouldn’t impact most people but had an early night for Scottish Run next day.

Room was a good size only issue was no plug socket close to mirror, you have to be on other side of room can't see in mirror while doing hair. Everything is in walking distance. Table at breakfast was wobbly so had to make sure my feet were on bottom holding it steady, while eating.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were very welcoming. Perfect locqtion for the train station and other amentites, shops, pubs etc. It was pretty noisy at night but that was expected being in Glasgow city center. Highly recommend a stay here.

A very comfortable hotel, nice atmosphere and conveniently located for Central & Queens Street stations. Also, the Airport Express bus stop is only 5 minutes away.
