While the breakfast included most of the standard options, they were well prepared with some variety over our couple of nights. Really a nice multi-building layout with nice amenities on the property and in the heart of activity around the hot springs pool complex, bike paths, and the historic Colorado Hotel. Easy walk across the Colorado River to downtown. Would stay here again while in the area.

Good stay for one night

Building is a bit older, you can tell by the walls/paint etc. otherwise it was clean when we arrived. Would have been nice to have a holder for the soap. Very close proximity to iron mountain hot springs. Breakfast and the front office are in another building a short walk away.

You know those motel/hotel situations where it’s fine, but it’s not cozy? This is not that place. My friend and I came up for a girls weekend and loved it. It was fairly basic, but it felt so homey and cozy! The front desk staff, Jen specifically, is such a gem! I don’t say this lightly, but the atmosphere was so familial. I will absolutely come back and stay here. Beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows were great, and I usually bring my own blanket because I like the cozy vibe. It’s super walkable! I actually liked that it’s a bit away from the hubbub, but it still only took me maybe 10-15 minutes to get into downtown. The breakfast was actually quite decent and the green chili was my favorite. If you’re expecting a 5 star resort, you’re probably gonna be pissed. But if you’re expecting cozy, peaceful, and comfortable then this is your place.
