The room was very clean, spacious, and quite comfortable. Whenever I stay in a hotel/motel there is ALWAYS something I notice that either needs fixing, cleaning, or just is not right. I did not notice a single thing on this visit. The front desk clerk who checked me in was extremely pleasant and proficient at her job. I will go out of my way to stay there again.

Stop using tiny pillows

Booked at the wrong hotel (my fault) staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. Felt the pet fee was excessive 60% of my actual stay was a pet fee. Gross mildew on the bathroom ceiling, bed wasnt level like it was missing a post so it would tilt every time shifted in bed. Stupid little throw pillows instead of normal sized pillows.

Online shows $90/night checked in they charged $20 extra dollars for parking. Online says they provide breakfast, but when you check in you find out it’s $15 more for the breakfast. Very deceptive advertising. I would have stayed somewhere else if I’d known that

Don't try to save money by going here.

The price you see online is not the price you pay so heads up when you get there there's automatic charges on top of the price you were quoted but they're hidden to try and get customers they nickel and dime everything you are much better off paying the higher price at the hotels in Glenwood springs or wherever you're going then trying to save money by staying out here. They charge you for parking and every other little thing you do breakfast is not included in fact it's like $15 a person more. There's an extra $15 a night to park your car. They count on the fact that once you're there you're kind of stuck there's only one other hotel in town most of the other hotels are going to be booked up so you have to pay the extra prices a cheap trick.

Just a charge for everything from $20 to park dated rooms no up amenities tryed 3 times in over 4 hour and had no hot water and poorly cleaned id never stay there again the $77 room ended up over 110 with nothing but a clock and a hot room
