Außenbereich unakzeptabel

Der Innenbereich des Apartements war spartanisch eingerichtet, aber sauber. Anders sah es im Außenbereich aus, dort quollen die Maden aus den Mülltonnen, die beim Nachbarapartement im gleichen Gebäude direkt an der Eingangstür standen. Vor und nach der Leerung der Tonnen. Dazu noch eine unglaublich schlechte Parksituaton: die Autos aller Mieter mussten hintereinander geparkt werden, fast ohne Rangiermöglichkeit. Einem Apartement mit zwei zugesicherten Parkplätzen wurde erlaubt, mit drei Fahrzeugen anzureisen, der Ärger war vorprogrammiert, störte den Vermeiter aber nicht weiter, denn er war ja nicht vor Ort.

Lage war super

Das Haus war in einem guten Zustand. Auch die Nähe zum Meer war wie beschrieben und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren direkt vor der Tür. Was uns nicht begeistert hat war die Couch im Wohnzimmer die schönen sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist.und der Zustand der Matratzen. Auch das mit der Kurtaxe und den Karten dafür hat gar nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten ist das Haus in bester Lage und alle sehr nett
