Schlechte Ausstattung / dringend renovieren

Betten waren im DIY hergestellt. Unsaubere Nischen ; keine Verdunkelung möglich. Spiegel viel zu hoch. Verrostete Balkonsusstattung. Styropordämmung im Schlafbereich offenliegend. Kaum Steckdosen. Die Wohnung muss dringend renoviert werden - nicht empfehlenswert!

SCHADE

Wir hatten uns so auf diese Wohnung gefreut und sind enttäuscht worden. Dieser viel zu hoch hängende Spiegelschrank und die Betten sind eigentlich eine Frechheit. Für den Flur fehlen einem wirklich die Worte. Die Küche ist in Ordnung, aber die Küchenutensilien (Pfannen, Töpfen, Geschirr, Gläser und Kochlöffel usw) sind sehr abgenutzt. Kochen mag man damit nicht so gerne. Schade, dass sich niemand um diese Wohnung kümmert, denn diese Ruhe, die Erholung und der Blick sind wunderschön und unbezahlbar.

Fotos und Wirklichkeit liegen weit auseinander!

Anhand den Bildern erwarteten wir eine neue moderne Fewo.Vorgefunden haben wir eine abgewohnte, nicht den Fotos entsprechende ,renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung. Die Betten fallen bald auseinander,kein Licht an den Zimmerdecken,nur Funseln die du im Dunkeln suchen musst. Spiegelschrank viel zu hoch. Da Licht darin musste ich mit einer Armverlängerung anschalten. Gesehen hab ich mich garnicht. Ist gut fürs Rasieren und Schminken ! Viele schmurgelige Ecken durch Baupfusch. Kein Mückenschutz fürs Schlafzimmer. Um nur einige Mängel zu nennen. Wenn man da drüber wegschaut,hat man eine super Aussicht und ruhige Lage !

Traumhafte Lage

Kleine, aber für 2 Personen perfekte Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Flensburger Förde, ideal für Ruhesuchende und Sonnenuntergangsliebhaber. Glücksburg ist in 15 min mit dem Fahrrad, Flensburg schnell mit Auto oder Bus zu erreichen. In Tagesausflügen lassen sich z.B. die Geltinger Birk oder Sonderborg erreichen.

Jahreswechsel 2022/2023

Wir haben den Jahreswechsel an der Ostsee verbracht. Alles soweit gut. Eine Kleinigkeit wäre aber doch noch zu erwähnen: Im Badezimmer hängt der Spiegelschrank sehr hoch. Kleinere Personen haben hier Schwierigkeiten, sich im Spiegel zu betrachten. Eine Teekanne haben wir vermisst.

Jahreswechsel

..... alles soweit gut. Eine Kleinigkeit wäre aber doch noch anzumerken. Es fehlte eine Teekanne Der Spiegelschrank im Bad ist sehr hoch angebracht. Personen unter 180 cm haben Probleme das Licht im Schrank anzuschalten bzw. sich im Spiegel zu sehen.
