You are cordially invited to our exclusive holiday home, located in the picturesque village of Lugowiska on Lake Lugowskie. Our detached brick building has been comprehensively equipped to ensure a comfortable stay for every guest. Surrounded by beautiful nature, the house is located at an ideal distance from the largest cities of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region, providing at the same time seclusion and peace.
The interior of the house has been recently renovated, offering a spacious living room with sofa bed, chest of drawers, table and fireplace, which adds warmth and charm to the interior. The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, will make it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms with balconies and luxurious Sembella mattresses, guaranteeing a peaceful and comfortable sleep. A modern bathroom with a toilet provides convenience.
Outside, a cosy terrace surrounded by dense vegetation awaits guests, where they can relax at a table with garden chairs and cushions. The garden tempts with a comfortable swing, deckchairs and a large portable barbecue, ideal for summer evenings. We also suggest lazing in the sun all day or staying active in the shaded part of the grounds playing ball.
Our property is located less than 150 metres from the clean, sandy shore of Lake Lugovo. The glacial lake, with its beautifully landscaped swimming and sunbathing area, provides excellent conditions for relaxing by the water. The surrounding area abounds with numerous tourist attractions, including meadows, forests ideal for hiking and cycling, as well as numerous towns worth visiting for cultural and recreational excursions. The nearest shop and bar are within a 15-minute walk, providing easy access to daily needs.
