Living and cooking area are combined - the kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped and offers a dining area directly at the window. In the living room you can relax in the comfortable sofa set with flat-screen TV and radio-CD player. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and additional hinged glass shower screen and has a window. Apartment 1 is classified by the German Tourism Association with 4 stars.

Our house is located in beautiful rural and sunny surroundings in Moosrain, a district of Gmund am Tegernsee. Three tastefully furnished and excellently equipped apartments, two of them on the ground floor with south / west terrace and one in the attic with balcony and mountain views offer you the ideal starting point for numerous activities. Only about 1.5 km away in Dürnbach bakery, butchers, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank and café, ice cream parlor and restaurants. The train and bus station in Moosrain is only a few minutes' walk away, making Munich easy and convenient to reach. And: Moosrain is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and much more.
