We are pleased to present you this family-friendly and very exclusive luxury villa Villa Easy Living, which will meet even the highest demands.

It has a light-flooded living space of 130 m² with a generously cut floor plan and a very high-quality equipment - pure luxury.

From the partially covered south-facing terrace and the adjoining, fully fenced garden and outdoor Jacuzzi you have an unobstructed view of wide fields and meadows. Enjoy a dream view in southern exposure.

Through the inviting entrance area of ​​this luxurious & exclusive feel-good ambience furnished, right semi-detached house "Villa Easy Living" you get through the hallway with cloakroom & mirror, in the spacious, light-flooded living & dining area with open kitchen.

The living area has a high quality leather sofa plus. Armchair & Bench, a large wall-mounted Full HD flat screen (excl. "SKY-TV) & a high-quality soundbar with BluRay player. A real highlight in this room is the gas fireplace as an additional, pleasant source of heat, which is easily adjustable from the sofa and can be used as an additional source of heat for underfloor heating.

The harmoniously integrated kitchen in this room is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances. From the hallway, you enter the daylight wellness bath with its own partially glazed sauna, floor-level, glazed walk-in-rain shower, designer vanity, towel warmer and toilet.
