The high-quality villa features underfloor heating, a fireplace, a winter garden with lake view, and a freestanding bathtub, offering all the comforts for an unforgettable holiday.



Nearby, you will find a beach volleyball court, large sunbathing lawns, children's playgrounds, a fenced dog beach with lake access, the Robinson Beach Club, a surf, catamaran and canoe rental center, a lakeside restaurant with outdoor seating, and many more holiday attractions. The detached villa sits on a 490 m² plot, accessible via a private road. In just a few minutes, you can reach the sandy beach of Lake Fleesensee and the forest area connecting Untergöhren with Göhren-Lebbin.
