Paid a lot of money for a stay overnight. The room was freezing, damp and not that clean. The entire hotel was dirty, in general (common areas, etc.). There were stains on the sheets and the shower was showing rust, or some kind of dirt. For the price, the condition of the facilities was terrible. The pictures make this place look really good (they are misleading) but I wouldn’t stay here myself or recommend to anyone.

Beds were really high which made it hard for shorter people like me to get in them Our room sometimes had like a musty odour One morning for breakfast the potato dish was empty when we got there and wasn’t refilled during our breakfast

The fire alarms went off at 6am after we got in from the airport at 2am and I had two little kids with me. But the beds were big and comfy and the AC worked great

The pool was gross

The room was fine. Quite expensive for the size. The big disappointment was the pool. We booked here because my kids really look forward to swimming at hotels. The pool was disgusting. There was black stuff and hair floating in it and it smelt so bad of chemicals. Disappointing.
