Don't let the worn exterior fool you. Our room (single king) was very clean, spacious, and fully renovated. It appears that all rooms have a balcony/patio facing the Rogue River, and we enjoyed a glass of wine while watching seals and fishermen, and a lovely view of the iconic bridge. Friendly staff, comfy bed, and a good location just a short drive across the river from restaurants and coffee shops. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Great staff, amazing room. Looks like rooms just got a renovation. Really good location. There is a fantastic bar and restaurant near by across the street. I did see some messy spots on things like curtains and hair in the sheets. Overall really nice stay and location.
