Staff was very friendly. The room was rundown, carpet was dirty, tiles were uplifting and a trip hazard. The shower was filthy and the exhaust fan doesn't work, there is a working window in the bathroom thankfully. There is no elevator and you go up four flights of stairs to get to your room. There is an overpriced restaurant right across the street. There is a pool house with separate changing rooms for men and women, although the women's side door didn't lock, the light was burnt out in the shower making it difficult and creepy to use. The spa was hot but the jets barely worked. The sauna wouldn't heat up. The pool was nice. Probably will skip staying here again.

Staff was nice and the pool was enjoyable. Jot’s is not trying to be something it’s not. It is a decent place to stay for the price. They can spruce up the sign a bit and pay extra attention to cleanliness in rooms (ie) some drips on wall and toilet ( I think from Humidity) and mop the floors better.

Great little gem in Gold Beach! We were just passing through and saw this, were able to get a river side view which was so nice and peaceful. Budget option but had a lot of amenities (though we didn’t use them at our stay), and the bed was very cozy. Would recommend!

This place is in a really great location. But it’s tired, needs a real renovation and has some super lame guests that just don’t gaf about their neighbors. Surrounded by young men and women drinking and smoking grass until the we hours of the morning is less than favorable. Left my hat, called, gave them my cc info to mail it back, and that been months ago and still no hat. Kind of lame.

The floors were a bit dirty, and the motel itself was older than the photos they still have on the website. But it was nice and quiet with great views of the river and towards the ocean.

Everything wad great except the cleanliness. My room looked like its never been swept or mopped, there was dirt, crumbs amoung other things on the floor. There was something sticky on the floor by the toilet. The counter tops, nightstands and dresser were alsp dirty, there were drink rings and stickiness on those as well, i did go to the store and buy disinfectant wipes to wipe everything down, but i wasnt impressed with the cleanliness. The Lady who checked me in was fabulous and the view was worth staying.

Large room and balcony were nice. Room was a little dirty. good thing i carry disinfectant wipes to wipe everything down. Nice to have couch and chair, but neither was comfortable.
