Ocean Breeze Oasis Gold Beach!

Summary:
Relax at this coastal home with your morning coffee. The interior has vaulted ceilings, wood accents, and floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing endless natural light in. There is a private patio with a great spot to unwind with your friends and family.

The Space:
The open floor plan on the first floor has a wood stove, comfortable furniture, a flatscreen TV, a dining table, as well as a kitchen with all the essentials to prepare meals for everyone. There is even a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze. There are two bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. Bath with shower downstairs and a 1/2 bath upstairs. Beautifully decorated, this is a home away from home. The washer/dryer on-site will make things easier! This house is pet-friendly, ONE pet only.

Guest Access:
There is a smart lock at the main entrance.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet residential area with just a short drive to local beaches, the harbor, and downtown Gold Beach.

Other Things to Note:
Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities WiFi is usually reliable but may be impacted by coastal weather. Most cell providers have strong reception, but occasional service interruptions can occur due to the remote location.

Beautiful property. As advertised. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to abundant hiking and beautiful drives. Spotless with a great shower, laundry and well stocked kitchen. Our dog loved the fenced yard.

Comfortable pet-friendly property in Gold Beach!

Very comfortable and nicely furnished home in Gold Beach for the two of us, with a large fenced yard for our small dog. It is located in a quiet residential area with a peek of an ocean view. The only issue we encountered was the complexity of the entry lock system. It generally took 5-6 attempts to gain access, which was extremely frustrating. Would suggest the owners install something more user friendly!

Best place in Gold Beach

This is a beautiful place, great location and quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay away from home. The only item missing was a crab cracker, which we donated. :) Large fenced yard and a small patio to enjoy a slice of ocean view and peace in the sunshine to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We would definitely pick this place next time we visit Gold Beach.

Nice South Coast Getaway

Very spacious, very clean property with a fenced yard which was great for our dog. Situated in a quiet residential area, it was a comfortable place to stay. Kitchen is ample for making easy meals. Not as much ocean view as we had hoped, but it is easy drive to a long open beach with few if any other beach walkers. Only complaints are that the upstairs bed is too soft and screen door on the kitchen slider really needs to be replaced. Excellent communication from host. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed

Rental was clean. Many windows missing screens. There was no AC, and no cross ventilation unless you wanted moths or spiders in the window. No grill. Listing said 2 showers. When we got into the unit we found 1 full bathroom with a shower and one half bath with a toilet and no bathtub or shower..I have rented thru VRBO many times. This is the least satisfactory experience I have had.

Gold Beach visit

sofa and beds were too SOFT! Window screen torn (living room). windows dirty. bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well-organized. TV was difficult to comprehend, but we were able to find a few shows we enjoyed. steps up to house need a hand rail! stairs in house are narrow and dangerous; could be wider and without thick carpeting. all said, nice stay and we will used VRBO again. Nice property but needs improvements

Enjoyed the location and most aspects of the home. Several things need improvement. The kitchen supplies are spartan. If you wanted to cook you need your own supplies (other than pots and pans). The sliding door screens in both kitchen and living areas has major holes. The sliding glass door in the living area is very difficult to lock .

Gold Beach stopover

Great property and we felt at home the moment we walked in the door. Its a really spacious property and in a great location for visiting and exploring the area. We would definitely recommend the property and wished we could of stayed longer.

Quiet neighborhood, close to Gold Beach

What a great location! Just 5 minutes from Gold Beach and Jerry’s Jetboats. The view was wonderful, looking out to the ocean from the top of the hill. Getting in was easy and everything was warm and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.
