The 3 bedroom apartment was a great size for our family of 5. Lovely views across the Broadwater and sunrises. Cleanliness could be improved but was mostly good, carpets are a bit worn. Carparking was convenient and pool was a hit with the kids

Good for short stay. Smooth checkin process. Location is good. The pool is not suitable for small kids. No elevators, so you will carry your luggages on stairs. Air-conditioning only in the dinning room.

The apartment was quite nice, perfect for myself and 2 daughters. They enjoyed the pool which was a great temperature, clean and a nice atmosphere surrounded by palms. Air con worked well as did all of the appliances one exception was the washing machine which came up with an error code when we attempted to use. Reception staff were lovely and happily took my feedback on board.

Unit was very run down , holes in walls in unit. No lamps in bedroom had tio turn of main light and then in total darkness, no extra toilet paper or garbage bags.better lighting bathroom unable to shave as lighting so poor

Great value. Excellent location across from the beach and park. Awesome pool and the bbq area/gardens around the pool are nicely maintained. Helpful and friendly staff. The apartments are a bit dated inside but still clean and functional. Would return.
