Blush on Broadbeach is a relaxed, stylish two bedroom, two bathroom apartment currently available for short or longer stays for up to four guests. Wifi, secure parking, aircon, new kitchen and appliances and shared swimming pool are just some of the great features that Blush has on offer. Located on the third floor of a three story walk up in an older style block, Blush is just a breezy 3 minute walk to the pacific ocean.

Blush has a fresh, light, breezy beachside feel. Soft pink hues connect spaces and create instant calm on arrival. Simple styling and thoughtful interior design make the space both functional and beautiful, a holidaymaker`s dream rest stop.

Located on the border of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, you have the best of both worlds and a choice of beachfronts 3 mins by foot to the east. A one stop commute on the tram or an easy stroll will have you arriving at the Gold Coast Exhibition and Convention centre in minutes. The apartment is work from home ready for guests looking for a work vacay. It`s also a perfect getaway for couples, long weekends away with close friends and is set up for small families with full kitchen facilities and brand spanking new appliances. This is a great location for to attend Gold Coast sporting events, festivals and functions.

Walk 150m around the block and you will discover a mini neighbourhood village with 2 trendy cafes to choose from, a convenience store, bottle shop, take away food store, beautician and the Broadbeach Bowls club. Head north and you are just a few blocks away from latest Gold Coast icon, The Jewel, home to `The Langham`.

A secure onsite parking bay is available for guests and residents of this three story walk up. Access to wifi is available free of charge.

The apartment has air conditioning in the main living, dining kitchen area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Being north facing, it captures the ocean breezes and is protected from direct sun, making it a comfortable space all year round.

Connect to our wifi network and watch your own Netflix on the smart TV. Coffee tea and milk are available for the early starters before the cafes open.

Follow the hallway to the two bedrooms; the main bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjoining ensuite. The second bedroom has two long single beds. Extra blankets are provided if needed for cooler nights.

The main bathroom is complete with vanity, bath tub and a washer and dryer. There is an iron, ironing board, pegs and clothes basket. A clothes rack is also available.

Bath towels are supplied and beach towels are also available for guest use. Please avoid additional fees for accidentally packed towels etc.

You have the entire apartment to yourselves on the top floor of a secure three story walk up. A lockable garage for one car parking space is available to use. Free short term (3hour) on street parking is also available.

No need for key pick up as there is a secure key lock box at the entrance. Your code is provided prior to check in day to access your keys. Full details are provided as part of your booking.

We are available as much as you need us to be and available by phone or Airbnb message. We live locally so can be available for any unexpected issues.

The northern section of Broadbeach is known for its village feel and is conveniently located with easy access to all the places that Broadbeach has on offer, by foot, bus or tram. Must do`s include,
1. Ocean swim between the flags at the patrolled beach 3mins walk down the road
2. Coffee and breakfast at the Metro cafe located right around the corner on Surf Parade.
3. Early bird breakfast at Lola`s restaurant and/or lunch and/or dinner, opposite the bowls club, closer to the beach.
5. Treat yourself to a cocktail by the sea at the newly opened `The Langham` at the iconic Jewel towers.
4. Barefoot bowls at Broadbeach Bowls club for a fun afternoon/evening
6. Dip in the onsite pool
7. Lola`s Fish & Chips, pizza and take away (the morrocan lamb pizza is a favourite) next door to Lola`s restaurant.
8. Visit the local beach front markets held monthly on a Sunday morning and check out what events are taking place in Broadbeach when you visit e.g Blues Festival, Country music festival, sporting events, concerts at the Convention centre and Casino, just to name a few.

Click on the guidebook tab to check distances and locations of the tram stations and bus stops. Very close to public transport. Bus stops at your door step (Bus 700 or 777 takes you right down the Coast to Burleigh Heads & Coolangatta, including the Airport) and the light rail that can take you into Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, to the Gold Coast Hospital, Griffith University & Southport is also just minutes walk away.

Car park for your convenience. Also free 3 hour parking on the street if you have more than one car. If you are coming from Coolangatta airport catch the 777 Bus from the airport to Broadbeach south station and then the tram to Florida Gardens tram station or connect with the 705 Bus. Both stops are within walking distance to the apartment. The tram, known locally as `the G` is just around the corner and will take you south one stop to the convention centre, casino, restaurants and nightlife, or two stops to the recently upgraded Pacific Fair shopping mecca. Take `the G` one stop north and you are in Surfers Paradise. There are buses that will take you to all the theme parks. The apartment is about a 10 minute stroll along the beach path to the Broadbeach cafe/restaurant district. You can take a small diversion and stop in at the new Kurrawa surf club for a beverage and an ocean view. Walk north along the beach for about 15 minutes and you will be on the famous Surfers Paradise esplanade.

Amazing location. Pub - bottle shop restaurants.Very friendly people in the unit block - met most of the neighbours. Comfortable Bed and Pillows and high quality bed linens and towels. Make me feel at easy and everything was user friendly.

Great Broadbeach location

The apartment is in an older 3 story "6 pack" building and Estelle's unit is on the top floor - which makes it great for security and breezes but a bit of a buggar for hauling luggage up and down. The apartment has been refurbished recently and is very comfortable with everything you need for a holiday. Only 2 mins from the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed out stay.

Absolute Perfection!

A Great Getaway

This was our first getaway with our pet dog and I was a bit apprehensive to be honest. I wondered if it would feel like a holiday. The apartment was as described and fit our needs perfectly. It was a great experience exploring the neighborhood- beach, cafes and restaurants. We drove to the dog beach at The Spit each day and spent a number of relaxing hours there. Many of the cafes in the area are dog friendly so going out wasn’t an issue. Overall, I wish I’d booked a longer stay but will definitely be back!

Wonderful place - kid and pet friendly!

We absolutely loved this place. Taking our Cavoodle along was a dream and so special to share the holiday with pup. The place is so close to everything and beautifully styled but still sensible for school age kids and pets. Will visit again :)

Nice property in handy location

My wife and I stayed for 12 nights and had a nice time. It has 2 bedrooms so would be good for a small family. It’s close to the light rail and beach but quite. Some aspects of the place are a bit dated (but to be renovated in the near future) but it was very comfortable. It’s located in the 3rd floor of the building (no elevator) so would be problematic for those with mobility issues. Overall we had a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Great location

Was a comfortable walk to the Blues on Broadbeach but not to close to keep hearing it when you tapped out for the night. Not good if you don’t like stairs. We were fine with it. Attentive owner, checking all was good while we were there. Partially renoed. Some drawers etc had issues related to the age of the kitchen cupboards. Generally good value for the price.

Lovely place to stay

Clean, bright, airy unit in a great location. Nice little balcony to have your morning coffee and has shade and breeze of an afternoon. Very short walk to beach and great meals just around the corner at the Bowling Club. Very comfortable beds and lounge. Hard to find a pet friendly place in the area so this was great for us.
